To secure the property, and determine the necessary steps
needed to be taken to expedite the marketing of the asset.
- Provide written reports, including detailed photos of the asset and
update the property file with this information within 72 hours of the assignment
- Begin the Marketing Process and provide bi‐weekly reports
- Negotiate the sales process, oversee the required transactional process to a satisfactory and
timely closing. Meanwhile provide on line 24/7 reporting of the process to all parties involved.
